               Chorus  systemes for all that is described in the offer-
               ings.

I.  Academic Binary Licenses

Academic  Institutions  have access to the products available in binary
format as listed in the "CHORUS Offerings  to  Academic  Institutions".
Delivery  of  code  and documentation is done via ftp. Additional prod-
uct/services such as tapes and/or diskettes delivery, additional binary
copies, paper documentation, support is available at extra cost.

Fees (US Dollars)

One academic binary license (per project):                $   995
Extra cost for tapes and/or diskettes delivery:           $   295
Additional academic binary copy (of CHORUS/MiX):          $   495
Documentation on paper (programmer's guide):              $   210
Yearly support for one academic binary license:           $   995

II.  Academic Source Licenses

Academic  Institutions  have access to the products available in source
format as listed in the "CHORUS Offerings  to  Academic  Institutions".
Delivery  of  code  and documentation is done via ftp. Additional prod-
uct/services such as tapes and/or diskettes delivery, additional binary
copies,  paper documentation, basic or enhanced support is available at
extra cost.

Extra cost for tapes and/or diskettes delivery:           $   295
Additional academic binary copy (of CHORUS/MiX):          $   495
Documentation on paper (programmer's guide):              $   210
Documentation on paper (implementation guide):            $   270
Yearly basic support for one academic source license:     $ 1,995
Yearly enhanced support for one academic source license:  $ 9,995

III.  Payment conditions
========================

Payments for the academic license fees are due prior to delivery of the
corresponding product and documentation. Fees do not include V.A.T. and
shipping costs.

Payments for support subscription fees are due prior to  the  beginning
of the maintenance period.
