Hello...

In russian language 'dooshA-chelovEk' (word-to-word - 'soul-man')
means very kind, supportive man. And 'dooshka' is littling (if it's
possible speak so) wordform of 'doosha'. (Like normal squirrel -
belka, and little squirrel - belochka).

But most wonder in your questions is that I live in Russia 33 years,
but never heard about tea kind...  It's just some trade mark in you
country and can be not russian at all.
