NEW COUNTRIES : The Soviet Union ceased to  exist in late  1991.  Thus
all the ex-Soviet Republics became new countries in the December 26th,
1991. Those in  Europe are Byelorussia,  Moldova, Russia  and Ukraine.
Note that the area west of  River Ural in  Kazakhstan is in Europe but
the country is counted in Asia (cf. Turkey).

FRANCE : The newest Radio France  booklet lists  following frequencies
for Radio France local  stations. The booklet  doesn't give  any times
for local programmes and it isn't even sure  does those exists (except
on Alsace).

UNITED KINGDOM : AFRTS  Barford St.John (near Banbury, Oxfordshire) is
currently  using following  LSB  frequencies  : 5247.3, 5376.8,   7443
(approx), 7571.8,  8975.5, 9242.3, 9334.3,  9929.3,  10537.8, 12651.3,
13651.3, 16041.2, 16541.4 and 19918.4 kHz.

They  transmit  on only one  or  two  frequencies at a   time  and the
frequencies used depend on propagation conditions. (2)
