This directory contains prebuilt drop in packages for XEmacs 20.4.
Untar in ${prefix}/packages, then remove lib-src/DOC and redump XEmacs
to use.

WARNING:  This is highly experimental, and you should be subscribed to
xemacs-beta for advice, suggestions, etc. for the inevitable problems.
Please do not bother the package authors with installation problems as
they are strictly XEmacs problems at this stage of development.

The most recent instructions for installing the files found here are
contained in etc/BETA (C-h B) in the XEmacs distribution.

As of beta7, the canonical package code is in packages-20.4-b7-SUMO.tar.gz.
Untar it as ${prefix}/lib/xemacs/packages for an environment very 
similar to 20.3.
The individual components will be updated as quickly as they can, with
things speeding up after 20.3 is announced.

binary-packages/
This directory contains pre-built multiple file packages.  

single-file-packages/
This directory contains single lisp files that used to reside in the
main XEmacs distribution.  They may be installed on a file-by-file 
basis.
