users to handle bulletins separately from the rest of the BBS package. Monitors
carrier, extra features, etc. Also functions as a remote log-on log files viewerplus many other features.
Compatible with all bulletin creators. Supports DORINFOx.DEF but also gives
instructions on how to install program on BBS's that support other DOOR format
files.
