The programs in this directory are names

*.enc  where * is whatever is specified in the message.

Eg.  if in the message there is
encoder uuencode
then uuencode.enc will be called.

each of the programs in this dir must take one argument and produce a
file by the same name that has had whatever encoding method
specified applied.
