  TeX is designed for English.  So there are several ad hoc extension
for other languages, in particular, for Japanese, there are 2 major
variants, NTT-TeX and ASCII-TeX.  TeX documents written for NTT-TeX
may not work for ASCII-TeX.  In this case, it is better to generate
for specified TeX variants, I think.

  texi2html does not solve TeX problems.
