Is it just me, or are recent betas really slow?  I built 20.3b10 on
hpux9.05 with '--error-checking=none' '--debug=no' (because it was so
slow).  But it still seems to be extremely slow.  xemacs always did
slow down as a function of the size of data (the more packages you
load, the slower it gets).  But this seems to me to be subjectively
much worse than I remember from 20.2.
