I don't wish it limited to binary-only, that is not in the spirit of
Free Software.

We have libgr, which collects all the graphics libraries into one
amazingly convenient package (thank you Neal!).

I don't know how generally (ie beyond XEmacs) useful it would be to
put the other libraries into a single package even in source form.
Wnn and Canna should be included which narrows prospective maintainers
down.  NAS (which I have tried and failed to compile) is another.

Building portable binary releases is a delicate, painstaking process.
I am reluctant to call for volunteers without being able to offer even
token recompensation.
