Hrv> How about a nicer name? Maybe `~/elisp'?

Well, we have `site-lisp', `personal-lisp' is at least consistent ... :-/.

Given the popular sales appeal of a system that shall remain nameless ...
how about `~/my-lisp' (and changing the icon to read `my-editor') :-) :-)

Seriously, elisp would be an acceptable name. I've got a ~/elisp
directory already though I don't stuff it into load-path.

Problematic. Ideally, one would wish it put into the load path prior
to loading .xemacs, right? It could be customized done out of
site-init though. Any other method would require hacking load-path in
fashion I'm not ready for.

I see.

If Netscape gets its own ~/top-level-directory, XEmacs should have one
too. :-)
