Yes.  Every bit as useful as edit-toolbar.el could be.

No real need.  x-toolbar.el is dumped with XEmacs, so it's probably
better separated and autoloaded.
 
I'm going to put this into beta13.  Should I put in edit-toolbar.el
too?  I *really* wish it could somehow get finished.  If it's in the
distribution we might get someone to adopt it.
