Doh!

I knew that this would happen eventually but for some reason neglected
to send a preemptive piece of email. Kiev is an old spelling, the
invading Russians got the two vowels backwards at some point. The
current spelling (and the city's name all along) is Kyiv. Many news
organizations still retain the Kiev spelling. Sort of a Peking/Beijing
problem. Same thing as happened with the "the" in "the Ukraine", "the
Argentine", "the Lebanon", etc. Anyway, not that it matters much,
just something for the XEmacs historical records. :-)

Anyway, thanks for naming it that in the first place, no matter how
one spells it I have fond memories of my visits to Kiev/Kyiv.
