As I get it from the FAQ XEmacs/NT seems to be worth investigating.

What I wish is that someone could point out what steps I need to take
under NT in order to succesfullt build the latest beta without to much
trouble. (Resonable help to someone who has been beta testing on
Unix?)

I think I need an X-server, X-libraries (which and where can I get
them if they are not distributed with my X-server? Unix-tools
(gnu-win32?) what compiler and anything I might need to know but
haven't thought about yet.

(Well I'm downloading the lates beta right now so I guess I'm soon
starting on this path on my own. If help is given, thanks, if not I'll
report my findings.)
