Me too.

Anyway, it is easy to add the functionality using a Lisp variable.  I
would have written a patch, but Bart Robinson already did.
His patch looks like it doesn't apply cleanly to 20.3 because of the
changed context (I did some changes to allow more [or less] than 100
events to be recorded).
