matters to me, and I think that if someone loads up XEmacs for the
first time after downloading it, they will like to see an icon for the 
web.  it's not that easy to find w/ the menubar.  Lots of people still 
don't know about w3.  Anyway, I wouldn't mind having an icon in the
toolbar is all I'm saying.  Is there one lying around that's meant for 
this?  something that I can throw in x-toolbar file?  I suck at making 
pretty XPMs :^)
