If you do this, you must separate writing strokes and reading strokes,
and only steal button2 if someone loads in the strokes-writer.

For example, I don't use strokes (in fact, I don't use the mouse except
for X cutting and pasting).  However, I want to read strokesified mail.
I do not want to lose the middle mouse button just because I want to
read strokes.

Now that I think about it, you should make the mouse button customized,
so that people could use shift-button2, or whatever, and still get the
normal use of button2 (x-insert-selection).
