For what it's worth, I've also built Sarajevo and I'm seing the same
behavior there -- click on <application/pgp-signature> and it extracts
the previous content.  I'm guessing that someone updated the version
of tm between 19.15 and 19.16.  If so, maybe for 19.16 it would make
sense to roll back.
