I don't understand all this stuff -- is it for Pentium gcc only?  My
gcc gets only -O, -O2 and -O3, the only difference between -O3 and -O2
being -finline-functions.  Anything higher than -O3 is the same as
-O3.  I use 2.7.2.1.

I find it quite hard to believe that Pentium gcc would introduce -O4,
-O5 and -O6.
