	Yes I see this and use display-time.  But I think it's a more
general problem with Xt not doing the right thing when certain timeouts
are scheduled.  (or with how xemacs is coordinating those timeouts with
Xt).  I'm having trouble tracking it down tho, since the Solaris Xt
libraries are multithreaded, blech.
