Just to make sure I understand, this means that the bindings in
notXEmacs are what will eventually be in XEmacs, right?  If that's the
case then I'm going to go ahead and remap them for myself so I can
start getting used to them.  I use c, C, and r (not the band :) so
much it won't take long, but I might as well start.
