Subject: [20.0] Build report: ok on FreeBSD 2.1.5

Builds cleanly. No nasty surprises so far. However, I gave it
only a very superficial test in tty mode, running Gnus and
VM. (Actually, except for the jka-compr trouble, b9x looked solid
to me, too.)
