ftp.xemacs.org would actually be sufficient for them as long as all of
their modifications are back in the main distribution (i.e. Martin
isn't hiding anything :-))  In any case, the last release of WorkShop
which include 19.13 also had a separate package which included the
src.  I would assume it is the same this time.
