I don't know.  I went through with the efs conversion because it has
been promised for 19.15 and I hate breaking promises.  On the one hand
clear breakage is a warning that Something Has Changed, you better
find out what.  On the other hand, it's going to upset a lot of people
and be an instant FAQ.
