This has nothing to do with XEmacs, but I'm unable to get CVS-1.9
working in a shared environment.

I'm posting this because a while back, I remember a few people
indicated they used/administered cvs extensively. Unfortunately, I
lost the message. If anyone is knowledgeable about cvs, and wouldn't
mind answering a question or two, could you please reply back.
