	Well, having such a file is clearly of high-use to developers.
Providing it seperately (as with bench.el) might work fine as well, but
I think having it in the dist might make some logistics simpler.
lisp/utils might not be my first choice, but then again none of the
existing spots look good.  Maybe `tests' or `testing'.  And we can put
regression.el in there as well.

	Don't forget that people do development work on XEmacs as part
of their jobs or own projects independent of being on the beta list.
Providing these people with information which may help them fix things,
will also help us, if they send their fixes back in.
