I't seems to be permanently 5:31 pm in my modeline.  This seems to be
the time that 'wakeup' started.  

list-process shows:

efs poll     run      (none)	     (none)	 /usr/local/lib/xemacs-20.1-b2/hppa1.1-hp-hpux9.05/wakeup 300

Attaching with gdb seems to show that argv and argc are bad (of
course, with -O3 sometimes this is misleading).


Running wakeup standalone seems to indicate it works normally.
