This is a pretty easy change. We just rename efs to efs-real (or -full or
whatever) and efs-auto to efs... making sure that all requires and provides
work properly.

This will now just hit the people who've been using efs for a few years who
will have to find all occurences of efs-auto and change them to efs. Perhaps
a much smaller set of people than the people who've been using ange-ftp.
