	It should explicitly load the .emacs.el (or .emacs) if it's
newer than the .elc version.  I suspect the warning is likely to get
lost in the initial loading, and we'll get a lot of question about why
changes to .emacs aren't taking affect.

	Although my personal solution has always been to make .emacs a
tiny file which makes sure .emacs-init.el is compiled correctly and then
loads that.
