Well, I wouldn't call it 'normal', save for the fact that it doesn't
hurt anything. All of the 'quail' stuff is untouched (I believe) from
Mule-2.3 and therefore unworking. What IS rather strange is I don't
remember seeing that error before, and it SHOULD be legal. I'll do
some digging here...
