No. If displayed in the echo area, it always has to be a one line
string to be useful. this isn't the case for a balloon frame.
Look at vm's buttons.

I think xclock is most probably defiend by the windowmanger to not
recife borders or the like. By naming the frame something like xclock,
one benefits from this probability.
