This is one of the kinds of things that my firm, InfoDock Associates
<http://www.infodock.com>, could work on, either if funded directly or
through support contracts for a few large sites.  My guess is that its
probably on the order of a 6-month project, though of course Microsoft
programmers are excellent at throwing in cruft that makes porting
harder than it should be.

If you know of people with dollars who would like to invest in this, they
can contact me directly.  A few corporate sites have already told me that
they are considering dropping UNIX this year in favor of NT.
