Dired had a file ls-lisp.el used on system not having ls (vax-vms
windows-nt ms-dos).

How can we handle that now with efs ? Is it even needed, i.e. does efs
has the equivalent of "ls" in lisp ? (obviously, I didn't looked at efs
code, shame on me).

I think it is not a good thing that lisp/prim/loadup.el still refers to
ls-lisp.el even if it is nowhere to be found in the distribution.
