Due to the brokenness of beta101, beta102 will be released within the
next 24 hours and beta103 will be released on Saturday.  I had enough
patches to release beta102 today but not the energy :-(.

EFS advocates the clock is ticking.  If Michael Kifer's (and it
appears mine as well) concerns are not addressed we will be reverting
to ange ftp for 19.15final.  I don't know why it's been this difficult 
other than that we should have heeded the beta warnings on Andy's web
page.
