It is mentioned in the v20 PROBLEMS, I think I probably should replace 
the v19 one with the v20 one to save some time.

Ugh.  I thought I already fixed that.

If that's all there is to it, why can't I just autoload it, and bypass 
the require if the variable is already bound?

I'll post a patch to fix this in a few minutes after I test it.
