Here are some of the differences from 19.14 about which I would notify
users at my site. If any of this is obsolete please let me know.

keysyms of the form kp_0 have some problems. Use kp-0 instead.

(require 'cc-mode) is now needed before you customize cc-mode in your
.emacs.

is lazy-lock working again? I gave up and switched to fast-lock.

blink-cursor-mode is somewhat more useable now that the cursor
stops blinking during keyboard activity.

new variables:
	signal-error-on-buffer-boundary

Useful new packages:	
	redo
	igrep
	uniquify
