This goes for packages like CC Mode and Supercite (although for Kyle's
sake you shouldn't send bug reports on those packages to the VM list
:-).  I reserve the right to ignore any bug reports on my packages
that aren't sent to the appropriate lists.  I even make it easy for
you.
