The patch kit has the same caveat that 20.0b33's has, the RCS keywords
will not be patched back to their normal state.  This should be a much
easier install over beta 5, and tm appears to have some functionality,
though there are still some problems getting all of it to bytecompile.

I am particularly interested in feedback on the menu reorganization.
The help menu has been completely reorganized, and the way it appears
in this release is not written in stone.
