There was some discussion after the release of 19.15 of interaction
between Kyle's balloon-help and {frame|live}-icon. Karl posted about
live-icon and I about frame-icon.

Kyle's msg above had the most content, so I included it here for
context.

The reason for this msg is that before I had been talking about 19.15
before. After this, I simply turned off frame-icon and haven't had
any problems. Unfortunately I never tried turning it back on once I
started building 20.1 betas.

I just did, and promptly had problems with the VM toolbar, and then a
crash. I doubt the following is useful:

Just thought I'd report it, though it's probably redundant info.

I've just turned off balloon-help for the time being, since frame-icon
is more important to me.

I haven't checked the FAQ, but maybe there should be a warning in
there to not use balloon-help with either frame-icon or live-icon.
