The current WorkShop product only puts up a top-level submenu when
started. Future product releases will have the menubar name shrink
from "WorkShop" to "WS". Only the last decision was made by me.

Of course, this being XEmacs, you can fiddle with the menubar
yourself, and move the entries around as you wish.
