I applied Steve Carney's patch to fix tooltalk and such (although I
just noticed I wasn't configureing for CDE/tooltalk anyway :), and
while I still have the same dumping problems as before when linked
dynamically, it works ok when linked statically.

Yay !  I finally got to see mule-doc/demo in its full glory :)
