This is with 20.2-b1 on a Linux box.

When editing an SGML file, the SGML menu no longer works as it used to.
Instead of getting a submenu from SGML->File Options->Options, I now
have to click on "File Options >" to get a detached popup menu.
The same happens with SGML->User Options, but DTD->Options behaves like
it used to.

Also, the HTML indentation doesn't work correctly. I remember someone posting
about problems with nested lists, but it doesn't even indent </p> correctly:

    <title>test</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <h1>test</h1>
    <p>
    testing
  </p>
    <p>
    testing.
  </body>
</html>

Also, it used to be
<p>
  Hepp.
<p>
  Hopp.

but the text is no longer indented after a <p> element. Why has this
changed?
