I would like to second that the install procedure should be very
explicit about the necessity of installing additional packages in
order to obtain full functionality. Out there in the world are system
administrators who are not XEmacs experts and for whom we should make
it easy to install a _working_ XEmacs (opposed to a crippled one which
would make everyone complain to the admin _and_ comp.emacs.xemacs). To
that end we should assume that both the local installing party and
users do not understand the new packaging system right away.
