In psgml-charent.el, this is defined:

(defvar sgml-display-char-list-filename
  "iso88591.map"
  "*Name of file holding relations between character codes and character
names of displayable characters")

But XEmacs doesn't know the path to this file, so the solution is to
set it in site-start.el or something like that, in order to make
sgml-charent-to-display-char work.

Is it possible to define this variable so it will work no matter where
XEmacs is installed?
