This is all bug fixes with one exception.  Based on Kyle's comment
about LRECORD_SYMBOL, I tried running with that #define removed in
lisp.h and found that I got about a 5% speed up.  As far as I'm
concerned, I'll take the speed up.  XEmacs v20/Latin-1 should now be
noticeably faster than XEmacs 19.15.

Kyle's fix for the recursive menubar crash has not been applied since
the fix crashes XEmacs on my machine and attempting to debug it crashed
my X Server (or something) so hard I had to hit reset to recover.

Not mentioned below but present in this version are patches to make
the lucid menubar work with Japanese.  This does not work for me so I
presume some more magic is involved.

Next beta is scheduled for Saturday afternoon US Pacific time.
