It is a 4 part distribution as developed last cycle.  There is a patch 
kit, and the full kit is divided up into a main tar, an info tar, and
an elc tar.

Of primary note and interest, this XEmacs beta has been ported to
autoconf 2.12.

I've also added some of the patches on the incoming queue.  See the
ChangeLogs or the diffs for details.  Note that in the one attempt I
made from beta1 to mail a message with Gnus, it failed.
