Does HAVE_SELECT have a new definition?

Please try my config.h diff script on this architecture as well.

In general, try to keep similar builds of 20.2 and 20.3-b1 on the same 
machine for debugging purposes.

I'd be willing to log into one of these machines, if internet access
can be arranged, to help with debugging.
