When I saw that XEmacs was breaking my program and saw the comment in
sendmail.el about the clauses in stallmacs being reversed, I didn't
actually check to see that one of the clauses also had its args in a
different order.  It's been a long time since I visited this issue.

Sorry about the semibogus report.  I think Kyle's fix is right.
