  Thanks for your patch.  I applied it for tm and SEMI.

  I think SEMI is still in alpha stage, and Gnus does not have SEMI
(with Emacs/mule and XEmacs/mule) supporting feature.  So it isn't
time to replace.

  Maybe XEmacs should replace when qGnus will be released (and it will
support SEMI) or Emacs will include SEMI.
