NOTE!!

The software in this directory is unsupported by the FSF; this
directory contains local modifications and sometimes pre-release
versions of some GNU software.  Do not use this software if you just
want to use GNU software; this directory is for those who are willing
to spend time testing and fixing GNU software, or have found a bug and
want to check if it still exists on the newest release.

As this software is not really published, it may not be up to the
usual high GNU standards.  Because of this, please don't distribute
this stuff without a reference to its state; for example, DO NOT put
it out for people to ftp among the other, published GNU software
without a comment about it.  It is better to wait for the next
published and stable version if you want to just use the software, not
hack it.
