Story of the evolution of Videl Inside:

VI is an evolution of SMBlaster, a program that only used to work on
monochrome monitors.

Version 0.1 (not dealt)
- First version of VI. A very buggy version, that was not dealable. It has
evolved a lot since this version.

Version 0.2 (not dealt)
- Very much updates of the 1.0 version (for example, the possibility to switch
to standard video modes by the SET VIDEO function of the GEM Desktop).

Version 0.21 (not dealt)
- Test of the number of the peripheral on v_opnvk (it caused strange effects
when under [speedo-]gdos before!)

Version 1.0 (first version available!)
- Scroll threshold setting.

Version 1.1
- Scroll threshold correction feature. (doesn't seem to be very useful)
- The VI.DAT file can be put in the AUTO folder.
- Boot configuration system. (right shift on boot)
- Command line configuration system.
     Syntax: VI.PRG mon,w,h,col[,virt_x,virt_y[,thres_x,thres_y]]

Version 1.2
- The number of visible modes on the GEM panel is now set to 9.
- One-by-one pixel horizontal hardware scrolling in True Color mode.
- Bug of the screen memory allocation (Setscreen) fixed.
- Bug of the Xbios routines, that made NVDI not work sometimes, fixed.
- Bug of the cookie detector, fixed.
- Bug of the VBL deinstallation routine, fixed.
- Bug of the virtual screen number of lines test, now fixed.

If you noctice some bugs, or have any suggestions for a future VI version,
don't hesitate to write me:
